Chris Merry is a typical Cleveland housewife.  But to be clear, the definition only applies if the house wife you imagine explores her city on the regular, wrangles dogs and kids, puts up from the harvest she just brought in and ends the week belly up to the bar that she and her husband own.  Chris is a SUP enthusiast, Pittsburgh expat and a book addict not too keen on recovery.  She also happens to be one of Cleveland's most aggressive home marketers and real estate managers.  Talk to her for ten minutes and you will see you are dealing with a straight shooting, hard working dedicated gal. 

In 2015 Chris took leadership of Howard Hanna Lakewood.  She sits comfortably at the helm of this perfectly positioned office.  A connector by nature, Chris can help pair you with the Realtor that fits your needs and wants.  As a winner of the National Sales Excellence Award, Chris has the training and knowledge possessed only by the best of the business.  She ranked in the top 3% of sales associates nationally during her prestigious career in sales.  She now fills the role of non-competing manager.  This positions her to coach and lead her team while ensuring the client a seamless transaction.
